Enjoy the peace and relaxation of an immersive day of mindfulness led by Plum Village monks and nuns, trained by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, the leading Buddhist teacher and author of the meditation classic The Miracle of Mindfulness. This special day in the beautiful setting of Kentwell is open to all, including those completely new to mindfulness and meditation. The program will begin with sitting meditation and a teaching on mindfulness, followed by walking meditation through the beautiful gardens and a mindful, vegan meal in the Overcroft. The afternoon program will be relaxed, with time to rest in the gardens and optional breakout groups  with the monastics, on specific topics relating to the art of mindful living. Please arrive at 10am to settle in. The program will end at 4.30pm, and garden gates close at 5pm. Please note that spaces are limited and advanced booking is recommended. Please wear comfortable clothes and garden-appropriate shoes
