Please note Dickensian Christmas lunch and tea is integral to the Kentwell Dickensian Christmas event.
You will not be permitted to enter Kentwell Dickensian Christmas unless you have a valid entry ticket.

Saturday 15th to Saturday 22nd.
Refreshments will be available in the Old Lambing Pens Victorian Tearooms.
Tickets for Refreshments MUST be booked with Dickensian Christmas tickets
The Refreshments are integral to the Dickensian Christmas event and may not be booked independently.
Times
For pre-booked lunches: at 12.30 and 13.45
For lunches not pre-booked we shall be serving between Noon and 14.30
For pre-booked afternoon tea: sittings at 15.15 and 16.00.
For afternoon tea not pre-booked we shall be serving between 15.00 and 16.30

Available as a 2-course (start and main or main and desert) or 3-course meal.
Pre-booked sittings at 12.30 and 13.45 or walk in and order from 12.00 to 14.30
Pre-booked Set Lunch 12 noon to 2.30pm at £12.50 for two courses (soup & Main or Main & Pudding) or £15.50 for three courses

The Event continues whatever the weather (and did so during the cold and snow which affected the 2009, 2010 & 2011 Events).
Refunds
We do not give any refunds whatsoever.
However, for individual bookings (that is for a booking of 8 tickets or fewer than 8) on 5 clear days' written notice before your booked date we may at our discretion exchange your booking for a later date at Dickensian Christmas 2012 or give a credit to be used only in relation to some other Kentwell event at some later date.
For those who have booked a party of more than 15 persons (or not a party but a group of 9 or more tickets) into any single time slot then on giving 21 clear days' written notice before the booked date we may at our discretion and if space permits exchange your booking for a later date at Dickensian Christmas 2012 or give a credit to be used only in relation to some other Kentwell event at some later date
All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All (adults included) may visit Father Christmas but only children with paid tickets will receive a present. Each child who wishes to engage in any making activity must be accompanied by a separate adult to supervise the child while doing so.
Tickets
If tickets are stated to be unavailable that means the current release is sold out. However, we may release additional tickets from time to time. If you want a particular day or time we may be able to help you later on.
If you do not wish to pre-book lunch or afternoon tea you may still buy snacks and grills from the Stableyard Grill (no need to book) or purchase simple light Refreshments in the Overcroft or Undercroft.
